is time to ensure that another spectacular Fourth of July
is enjoyed at Geist Lake's big Island North of the dam.
This amazing fireworks display is one of the most popular
events on Geist and is enjoyed by more residents, visitors
and boaters, every year. As you are fully aware by now,
this event receives no local government support and is fully
funded by the generosity of companies and individuals in
our community. This year we are pulling out all the stops
and the 2006 budget will exceed $30,000 with your generous
contributions.
Each
year we have made the numbers by the slightest of margins.

makes a difference between this event happening, or just
becoming a fond memory of what has been a grand tradition
of July 4th parties and fun family gatherings:
